Standardization and development of different types of energy bars

Abstract:

The objective of present investigation wasrnStandardization and development of different types of Energy Bars. Developmentrnof different type of energy bars i.e. oats banana energy bar and coconut energyrnbar. The organoleptic evaluation of products was done by using score cardrnmethod (9-Point Hedonic Scale). The result of oats Banana energy bar, andrncoconut energy bar (T1) were best in all treatments in case of all sensoryrnattributes. The overall acceptability of experimental (T1) Oats Banana energyrnbar and Coconut energy bar were 9.0, 9.0 respectably.
