Abstract:At the same pace at which yoga has reached every family in the present times, the expectations of mental, physical and spiritual benefits from yoga have also increased. To get the desired benefits from yoga practice, it is necessary that along with yoga practice, importance should also be given to yogic diet. In this article, the importance and necessity of diet during yoga practice as mentioned in various texts has been described.
