Author(s): Misla Sherin PK and Aswini K
Abstract:
The present study aims to investigate the relationship between nutrition and stress resilience in teenagers, exploring the dietary patterns, nutrient intakes, and eating habits associated with stress resilience. The execution of study was done by employing a convergent parallel design, combining both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methods. A survey of 200 teenagers (13-20 years) will assess dietary habits, stress levels, and resilience. The findings will inform the development of evidence-based nutritional guidelines and interventions to enhance stress resilience in adolescents.
