Implementation of designs in apparel designing by use of type of yarns

Author(s): Sunanda
Abstract:
The term "design" is frequently used to characterize an article's appeal and look. It can be applied to a fabric's color and print, or to the shape and design of a garment. But it's more than just ornamentation. It involves organizing and writing an essay with a certain goal in mind. It is frequently utilized for high-end clothing and accessories. It is connected to the color scheme, or more precisely, the pattern, of materials. It does not, however, provide the whole picture. Design is more than just aesthetics. Even the most beautifully designed item cannot be deemed properly designed if it is not useful or not suited for its intended use. It is studied in two aspects, viz. Structural and Applied the structural design is the overall design and finished product effect of the garment design. To properly play the function of structural design in the creation of cutting-edge clothing, a designer of garments must possess flexible, imaginative thinking in addition to a specific level of expertise, making garment structure design an intricate task. The portion of the design that has been superimposed over the fundamental framework is known as applied design. Dyeing, printing, embroidery, and intricate needlework can alter the look of fabric finishes. We shall study about designs and how they differ in terms of cloth, clothing, and other materials in this essay.
