In conclusion, the study highlights the diverse range of physical, psychological, and sexual symptoms experienced by women during menopause, with the severity of these symptoms generally increasing in the older age group (45-50 years). While many women report minimal or no symptoms, the hormonal changes associated with menopause can lead to significant distress for some individuals, particularly to psychological and physical health. These findings emphasize the importance of providing individualized care for women during the menopausal transition, addressing not only the physical symptoms but also the psychological and sexual impacts that may affect their quality of life.
