For this purpose, firstly a literature review has been made and a conceptual framework on performance evaluation and housekeeping has been tried. As a result of the analyzes, it was concluded that a valid and reliable scale was developed to evaluate the performance of housekeeping staff. In addition, factors affecting individual performance were also investigated and statistically significant relationships were found between organizational commitment, perceived stress and freedom of decision and individual performance.
